Located in South America, this twin island country is just off of Venezuela and is populated by nearly 2 million people. It is the third richest country in the Americas after the US and Canada. Gambling is not regulated by the government, but they are looking to create this legislation soon in order to benefit from collecting the tax, which could yield an estimated $300 million.

Online gambling is not regulated either, but because there is no legislation, citizens of the country tend to flock to foreign-based sites.
