The US Virgin Islands are a group of islands in the Caribbean – a territory of the USA – that consists of Saint Croix, Saint John, and Saint Thomas, amongst other smaller islands. The population is just over 100,000 and is occupied mostly by people of Afro-Caribbean heritage.

In the popular tourist destination of Saint Croix, the Divi Carina Bay Resort & Casino, offers a good amount of table games and slot machines with the aim of attracting tourism to the country. Casinos are regulated in the country and taxed, restricting their locations to hotels that have at least 150 rooms.
