Wyoming, or the Equality State, does not allow traditional commercially run casinos and does not have a state lottery. The only form of casinos available within Wyoming is tribal-operated. Pari-mutuel wagering is legal and easy to access, raffle & bingo charitable games are allowed, and social games of chance or skill are also legal.
