Perhaps the most popular location in the world for gambling, as it’s home to the famous Las Vegas, Nevada allows both commercial and tribal casinos with an unlimited array of gaming options. The Silver State also allows for charitable gaming, pari-mutuel betting, and sports betting (both online and within brick and mortar casinos).
Laws about illegal gambling don’t even seem to exist in the state given the prevalence of casinos in the area, however, Nevada takes cheating at gambling very seriously and dishes out Class B Felonies for those that attempt to cheat, as well as prison time.
