Games

At 20,000 square feet, the Grand Lodge Casino inside the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is far from the largest gaming floor in Nevada. The 250 slot and video poker machines gives it a variety that’s at least competitive with other Lake Tahoe-area casinos.

The Grand Lodge Casino hosts those games, as well as 22 table classics like blackjack and roulette, 24 hours a day. A live poker room is also available around the clock, with the ability to host five live games at a time. An attached pari-mutuel and sports betting facility allows simulcast betting on horse and greyhound events from all over the world.

It may be a small space compared to the bright lights of the Vegas Strip, but essentially every method of gambling found in the big resorts in Vegas is available here, on a smaller scale.

Restaurants & Bars

Because of the size of the attached hotel and resort, the number of dining options on premises is huge. A dozen different spots for drinking and dining are spread throughout the grounds. Below are details about the restaurants and bars relevant to casino customers:

  • Cutthroat’s Saloon – An “Old West”-inspired bar open 24 hours a day adjacent to the slot and video poker section of the gaming floor.
  • Tahoe Provisions – A short walk from the gaming floor, this convenience store is available around the clock, selling hot coffee, snacks, local newspapers, and other sundries.
  • Lobby Bar – Though it’s called the Lobby Bar, this watering hole is technically inside the casino gambling section of the first floor. Easily accessible from the table games section of the floor, this bar is available around the clock.

Other Facilities

A full-service spa is open every day of the year, including an indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, hot tubs, gym, and traditional spa treatment center.
