Isle Casino Cape Girardeau
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, referred to affectionately by locals as simple “Cape,” is a typical Midwestern college town. Located in a beautiful stretch of rolling land along the historic Mississippi River, Cape Girardeau is best known as the home of Southeast Missouri State University.
As a nod to the area’s historical relationship with riverboat gambling, the large gaming organization Isle Casino opened a property there in 1994.
