St. Croix Casino Hertel Express is located in Webster, Wisconsin, a rural town on the outskirts of the St. Croix National Forest. A little less than 100 miles from the Twin Cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, St. Croix Casino is operated by the Saint Croix Band of Native Americans.
